CTG is seeking to fill a Package Specialist Workday HCM opening for our client in New Brunswick, NJ.Location: New Brunswick, NJDuration: 5 monthsDuties:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage Workday HCM package integration and payroll processes.
Support payroll activities including the setup and maintenance of payroll areas, control records, and wage types.
Configure pay scale structures, ESG and PSG groupings, payroll schemas, and rules.
Handle garnishments, financial postings, and off-cycle workbench tasks.
Manage retroactive accounting and ensure compliance with U.S. taxation regulations.
Implement benefits integration including health, insurance, and savings plans, and oversee benefit interfaces.
Manage time recording and work schedules, ensuring accurate attendance and absence quotas.
Conduct unit testing and ensure process models align with organizational requirements.
Assist in generating reports for W2, W2c, and ensure compliance with BSI tax factory updates and regulatory bulletins.
Skills:
Proficient in Workday HCM, especially in payroll integration and configuration.
Strong understanding of payroll areas, control records, and wage types.
Knowledge of benefits integration and time management processes.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong analytical abilities to support payroll and benefits reporting.
Experience:
Previous experience with Workday HCM and payroll integration is essential.
Hands-on experience with U.S. payroll processes and taxation.
Familiarity with benefits administration and time management functionalities in Workday.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
Workday certification is a plus.
