The Role: We’re looking for a full-time (CPA or EA Preferred) Accountant & Tax Preparer to join our team. This is a rare chance to dive into the world of accounting with a great group/team/work family. We know taxes aren’t everyone’s idea of a good time, but here, we promise you'll have some office shenanigans and laughs along the way. Start date is flexible and salary will be commensurate with experience. What You'll Be Doing:
Assisting with preparing and reviewing tax returns for businesses & individuals (our bread and butter!)
Getting to know our amazing clients (and maybe their pets, if they come to our pet-friendly office)
Crunching numbers, running reports, and generally impressing everyone with your attention to detail, that even the IRS would be dazzled with.

About You:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (in this life or the last)! Minimum 5 years’ experience in public accounting including tax experience.
Knowledge of Tax laws, CCH ProSystem FX, QuickBooks and a bit of an obsession with details are a plus
Strong organizational skills and Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Comfortable with spreadsheets, tax software, and the occasional joke competition
Positive attitude and team player (bonus points if you bring in baked goods)
