We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate is friendly, organized, and able to handle a variety of administrative and customer service tasks. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a mix of customer interaction and behind-the-scenes office work.

E-commerce business located in Fairfield providing a variety of seasonal merchandise. Orders come in online, we process and ship them out from our warehouse. Small family owned business.
Schedule & Pay:
Monday–Friday- 9am-5pm
Starting pay: $18/hour. Negotiable if Photoshop skills are high
ABOUT YOU:
Key Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and in person (English must be your first language)
Respond to customer phone inquiries and manage incoming/outgoing emails
Create and send invoices using QuickBooks
Use Photoshop for basic design tasks (editing images, resizing, simple graphics, etc.)
Support the team with any additional administrative needs
Requirements:
Previous office or customer service experience preferred
Proficiency in QuickBooks (creating invoices and basic functions)
Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop
Strong written and verbal communication skills (Fluent in English with little or no accent as there is a lot of phone calls)
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and handle responsibilities independently in a very fast paces environment
Reliable, professional, and comfortable interacting with customers
