Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily operations of the food truck independently, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
Deliver exceptional customer service and handle all customer inquiries or issues promptly.
Manage inventory and supplies, ensuring the truck is always stocked and operational.
Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.
Lead social media marketing efforts and manage promotions to attract customers.
Coordinate participation in events, festivals, and catering opportunities.
Qualifications:
Experience in food service management is a plus, but passion and dedication are key.
Valid driver’s license to operate the food truck.
