Job Details:
Position: Line Cook
Location: EFI’S Gyro, Jersey City
Hours: Tuesday through Sunday, 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Pay: Starting at $18 per hour, plus tips
Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
Ensure food is prepared in a timely manner to meet customer expectations
Assist with inventory and stock management
Follow health and safety guidelines at all times
Work well with other kitchen staff in a collaborative environment
Requirements:
Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment preferred, but not required
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work quickly and efficiently
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Must be able to work evenings (5 PM – 10 PM) Tuesday through Sunday
