PM Short Order Cook Private Dining Club (Full-Time)
We re hiring a PM Short Order Cook to handle our pub menu during evening la carte service at a private members-only dining club. This role includes preparing hot appetizers, sandwiches, grill, and fryer items and keeping the station prepped, clean, and consistent.
Schedule:
Tuesday through Saturday
2:00 PM to close (around 9:30 10:00 PM)
Earlier start on Tuesdays for prep
What We re Looking For:
Dependable and self-motivated cook with prior short order experience
Able to manage a station independently during service
Works clean, stays organized, communicates well
Gets along with others in a professional kitchen setting
Intermediate English skills (able to read tickets and communicate with team)
