Sous Chef/Preparation

We are located in Rockland County, NY, just minutes from Bergen County

Italian Restaurant seeking employee to assist on line and do preparation/organization

We prefer someone with a background in upscale Italian cuisine

You would prefer experience with Italian cuisine

In addition to Italian fare we also serve steaks, chops and fresh seafood

You will be required to do preparation, inventory, assist staff with checking deliveries and organizing of walk in box

Must believe in teamwork, is clean, organized

Maintain cleanliness of work area and kitchen

Salary depends on employee and how much responsibility they will take on (950-1250 per week)

Weekly pay. Must work on the books

6 days per week (approximately 52 hours per week)
