Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve high-quality sushi dishes, with a focus on the omakase menu.
- Create memorable culinary experiences for our customers through presentation and taste.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to optimize service and preparation times.
- Participate in the selection and purchase of fresh and seasonal ingredients.
Requirements:
- Minimum [5 years] of experience as a sushi chef, with a specific focus on omakase.
- Deep understanding of Japanese cooking culture and techniques.
