Responsibilities:
Conduct in-home comprehensive assessments of clients
Perform supervisory visits to ensure quality care delivery by caregivers
Write detailed care plans based on assessment findings
Ensure proper implementation of care plans by caregivers
Requirements:
Registered Nurse (RN) NJ License
Experience in home care or a related field
Strong assessment and care planning skills
Excellent communication and supervisory abilities
Commitment to providing compassionate care to patients
Provide oversight of caregiving team
