Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Office Manager/Estimator/Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the restoration industry, particularly in estimating and project management. Proficiency in Xactimate and other insurance-related software is required.
Responsibilities:
Review detailed and accurate estimates using Xactimate and other estimating software.
Assess damage from water, fire, and mold events and develop comprehensive restoration plans.
Manage projects from initial inspection through completion, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Work directly with insurance adjusters, property owners, and other stakeholders to facilitate claims and restoration work.
Oversee field technicians and subcontractors to ensure timely and high-quality completion of projects.
Maintain accurate documentation and communication throughout the restoration process.
Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the restoration industry.
Strong proficiency in Xactimate and other insurance software.
Experience managing projects in water, fire, and mold restoration.
Knowledge of insurance claims processes and industry regulations.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with clients, adjusters, and team members.
IICRC certification(s) preferred but not required.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
