I need someone who is specifically experienced in using Best Case (Stretto) and has 10 or more years of experience.
You must be able to handle all types of Bankruptcy Motions, and be empathetic. Although we are business casual and not a high pressure office, you will be expected to be able to speak with Bankruptcy Trustees and their staffs. Good negotiation skills are also required.
