Job Description:
We are seeking a Patent Paralegal or Law Student to assist with the preparation and filing of U.S. utility and design patent applications. The ideal candidate has familiarity with USPTO procedures and strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
Assist with drafting and filing utility and design patent applications
Prepare USPTO forms, declarations, and drawings coordination
Manage patent deadlines and filing requirements
Conduct basic prior art and patent research (as needed)
Qualifications:
Patent paralegal experience or current law student (IP focus preferred)
Knowledge of USPTO filing procedures (EFS-Web / Patent Center)
Strong organizational and written communication skills
Experience with design patents is a plus
