Established, as a commercial general contractor in Wayne NJ looking for a Construction Project Coordinator for our bustling office. This position would require someone with experience in the bidding process for public work bids, bid coordination, and heavy follow-up calls, answering phones, bid runs.

Must be well organized with good time management skills, proactive, POSITIVE, and willing to change hats.

Qualifications MUST HAVE AT LEAST 2+ years of construction experience Understanding of Change Orders Time and materials billing, all aspects of construction. Must be able to multi-task

Job Description: Prepare proposals and bid packages understand plans, obtain pricing, issue purchase orders as needed, cost code invoices Support field staff as needed Handling material orders etc.
