Growing Office Furniture Installation company is looking an Admin Coordinator to help monitor customer’s orders, status reports and project punch lists.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule incoming Truck's Deliveries
- Read/ Reply to customers' emails
- Answer inbound calls
-Perform all other standard office task
-Monitor customer's orders
-Monitors Status Reports
-Manage project punch lists
Qualifications:
-Ability to multitask
-Detailed oriented and highly organized
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Computer Savvy; knowledgeable with computer software such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel (borders, insert columns or rows, formulas not required), PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, etc.
-Knowledge of project and/or construction management software, such as ProCore, PlanGrid, Fieldwire etc. A+
-Candidate needs to be organized and maintain our electronic folders up-to-date
In-person position, with occasional site visits
M-F, either 8am-4pm or 9am to 5pm
