Administrative & Leasing Assistant (Bilingual)

We are looking for an enthusiastic, professional, and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our Residential Leasing team. In this role, you are essential to our on-site leasing team and lease renewal process by preparing, distributing, and collecting renewals, scheduling appointments, and supporting the team by also visiting properties as needed. This position reports directly to the Leasing Manager.

Skills

Bilingual English/Spanish (Required)

Positive attitude

Previous experience working in a people-oriented role such as customer service

Excellent time management and organizational skills

Ability to multi-task and prioritize work

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Customer service experience preferred but not required

Must be proficient in Microsoft Office

Car required

Pay: $17.00 per hour

Schedule:

20-30 Hours per week

Spanish (Preferred)
