The Property Management Administrative Assistant is responsible for coordinating the maintenance and compliance of the commercial properties by dispatching vendors and contractors to various job sites.
Responsibilities:
Tenant relations and customer service
Coordinate repairs and maintenance issues
Schedule elevator, fire and sprinkler inspections with vendors
Resolve property violations
Gather proposals and estimates from vendors and review for accuracy
Gather vendor forms such as W-9's and Certificates of Insurance
Administrative duties such as answering phones, filing, copying, typing word documents and data input
Skills:
Good written and verbal communication skills
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Office
Highly organized with an attention to detail
Problem Solver
Spanish speaking a MUST
