We are seeking a detail-oriented Product Support Specialist to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our product support systems. Additionally, this role will serve as the primary point of contact for our Amazon case management services. Proficiency in Excel and advanced functions is crucial, as the position relies on workbooks utilizing formulas and other advanced functions. The role offers room for growth and continued development.

Key Responsibilities:
Amazon case management, ability to effectively submit documentation to Amazon Seller Support to resolve account related issues.
Account Health Voice of Customer (VoC) Support, Product compliance, Dangerous goods SDS/Exemptions/Deceleration submissions.
Monitoring changes in account fees, documenting and submitting cases for corrections, and consistently following up on the results.
Provide support to account managers by utilizing excel workbooks to set up and complete multiple tasks related to inventory management and new inventory creation.
Ability to sort, parse, and effectively present data derived from specific data sets in a clear and effective way.
Create and format new listings on Seller Central, conduct reviews for errors, take corrective actions, and maintain catalog information, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all platforms.
Qualifications:
Experience using Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions such as VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and data manipulation.
Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, ability to identify and resolve or clearly communicate steps needed to overcome challenges and ensure smooth and efficient transitions between team members.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable recommendations.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Experience with Amazon Seller Central / Photoshop / Pixlr is a plus.
