Duties would include, but not limited to:
Organizing and maintaining electronic and paper filing systems
Ordering and maintaining office supplies
Performing reception duties (answering the phones, greeting guests, etc.)
Qualifications
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Ability to multi-task, highly organized, ability to learn on the fly
