Northern Bergen County high quality renovation/remodeling company seeks reliable, team player for full time Receptionist/Administrative Assistant position. Administrative Assistant will be responsible for general office/ clerical duties and data entry. Positive attitude and willingness to learn is a must!
Duties would include, but not limited to:
Organizing and maintaining electronic and paper filing systems
Ordering and maintaining office supplies
Performing reception duties (answering the phones, greetings guests, etc.)
Qualifications
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Ability to multi-task, highly organized, ability to learn on the fly
Honest and Dependable.
