Our company is hiring a Full Time Office Assistant to perform administrative tasks that are related to supporting our employees. Monday-Friday 10am - 6pm. Office Assistant responsibilities include answering phones, dispatching emails, filling out paperwork and handling daily administrative activities. As a dedicated office assistant, you should have excellent communication skills, strong organizational skills and a high degree of competence in handling technology. We want to see a genuine passion for serving customers in the most efficient way. Since you will be interacting with people from different areas of the company, a degree of flexibility is needed. Your goal will be to ensure that our employees’ day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently by assisting them with every aspect of administrative work.
