We are currently seeking an organized and proactive Office Administrator to join our team and ensure the smooth operation of our office.
Location: Little Ferry, NJ
Days: Mon. Fri. 40 hours
Rate: $23 per hour
Possible temporary to hire position.
Transportation is a plus
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring tools are maintained.
· Coordinate office maintenance and repairs with external vendors.
· Schedule and organize meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
· Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls and emails.
· Assist with the onboarding and training of new employees.
· Prepare and process invoices, expense reports, and other financial documents.
· Maintain and update office filing systems, both physical and digital.
· Provide general administrative support to senior management and other team members.
· Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
· Preparing daily & weekly KPI reports to upper management.
Qualifications:
Associate or bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field preferred.
Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or relevant role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office software.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
High level of discretion and confidentiality.
