We are currently seeking an organized and proactive Office Administrator to join our team and ensure the smooth operation of our office.
Location: Little Ferry, NJ
Days: Monday - Friday
8:00 a.m. - 4:00p.m.
Pay Rate - $20 per hour.
Spanish is required
Key Responsibilities:
Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring tools are maintained.
Create instruction sheets
Reach out to vendors to get prices for materials and Purchase materials.
Create POs
Invoice customers
Set up shipments between companies and vendors.
Coordinate office maintenance and repairs with external vendors.
Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls and emails.
Prepare and process invoices, expense reports, and other financial documents.
Maintain and update office filing systems, both physical and digital.
Provide general administrative support to senior management and other team members.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or relevant role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office software.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
High level of discretion and confidentiality.
