We are looking to hire a full time Office Administrator / Recruiter
A recruiter is a professional who connects job seekers with companies by finding qualified candidates to fill open positions. Recruiters are responsible for the entire recruiting process, which can include:
Searching for potential candidates through databases and other sources, and building talent networks
Reviewing resumes and assessing candidates' skills, experience, and fit for the role
Setting up and conducting interviews, and sometimes preparing candidates for them
Checking in with candidates after they've been hired to ensure things are going well
- Good computer and communication Skills
- Must be bilingual (Eng & Spa)
- Must be able to work some weekends
