We are seeking an experienced organized /Self motivated person to join our team. This Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations moving in and out of our office, and managing administrative tasks. Must have knowledge of Quick Books. Also be familiar with Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and management of payroll with owner. Ability to work with a logistics company environment. Must have organizational skills, excellent communication skills on phone with customers. Manage and oversee scheduling of pick ups and deliveries. You will work directly with owner and be empowered to make decision when owner is not in.
Will train the right person. We are a Fine Art Services business we need these general skills to integrate with our services.
Very helpful if you have computer knowledge.
