A growing physical security contractor company is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Personal Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to handle multiple tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
Assist with financial record-keeping, including accounts payable and receivable.
Handle confidential information with discretion.
Managing and organizing paperwork, files, and records
Oversight of certification expiration dates and maintaining yearly requirements
Coordinating with other members of the team and providing support as needed
Provide exceptional customer service to clients and vendors.
Oversee the general maintenance of the office, including managing and ordering supplies.
Assisting with errands and tasks as needed
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
2+ years of experience as a personal administrative assistant or similar role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion.
Experience with financial record-keeping preferred but will train the right candidate.
