Real Estate Management office looking for a full-time secretary/assistant to help with day-to-day tasks. There is a lot of room for growth in the company for the right candidate.
Main Responsibilities are
- AR Collection from Tenants phone calls.
- Taking Maintenance Issues calls and entering them in our system
- Meeting new Tenants, fill out applications, and Interview them.
Knowledge in Basic Computer preferred, will train on our software.
- Great communication skills a must!
