I am a Retirement Planner who hosts seminars monthly in various Libraries in North Jersey inc. Summit, Ridgewood, Clifton, Edison and others.
The Seminars run from 6pm to 8pm, usually on weekday. Currently I'm only running 1 seminar per month, but eventually it will be twice a month.
It's easy work - just check the attendee in when they arrive, hand them a folder and name tagand then after the seminar is over, help them get on my calendar if they'd like to book a meeting with me. Very simple.
I need someone who is professional in appearance and demeanor and can bring their own laptop (as this will make it easier to find openings for attendees on my calendar). Also, you'll need a car, as the seminars are held at different libraries from month to month.
