Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Digital Operations & Financial Assistant in Peapack, New Jersey. The role primarily revolves around providing financial analytical support to our Digital Operations Automation team, managing contract solutions, and developing communication materials.Responsibilities:
Provide financial analytical support for budgeting and monthly financial processes.
Improve business analysis and financial reporting efficiencies.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.
Maintain and manage the contract management solution.
Develop presentations and other communication materials to support the team.
Support and maintain information in the balance scorecard metrics solution.
Requirements
Hard Skills:
Background in Financial/Project Management.
Soft Skills:
Ability to take initiative and work independently.
Basic project management skills.
Effective communicator with strong organizational skills.
Education:
Minimum Requirement: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
