Description Robert Half is seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst for our Pharmaceutical client. As a trailblazer in the Pharmaceutical industry, our client thrives on innovation and improving lives. They are looking for a dynamic and highly analytical Financial Analyst to be part of their ambitious journey.This role offers the chance to delve deep into complex financial data, providing critical support to the Financial Management team in the budgeting and forecasting processes. This is an opportunity to showcase your analytical skills, as you will also be providing pivotal monthly reports on financial results.Your contribution will extend into advising on strategic decisions, contributing to business strategies, and implementing ways to enhance business performance. You'll be key in upholding the highest standards of accounting and internal policies, steering clear of compliance issues.Roles & Responsibilities:

Analyze financial data and contribute to important budgeting and forecasting decisions.

Deliver regular reports on financial results and performance.

Advise on strategic decisions and guide the formulation of business strategies.

Offer expert judgment on financial matters and develop ways to bolster business performance.

Ensure timely recording of transactions to the general ledger.

Provide support to internal corporate accounting and finance systems.

Uphold compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.

Requirements

Skills and Experience:

Solid background in Finance with a deep understanding of budgeting and forecasting.

Proven expertise in data mining with meticulous attention to detail in investigating discrepancies.

Quick to adapt, eager to learn, and a determined hard worker.

Proficiency in Excel and working experience with P3 forecast inputs.

Excellent communication skills, capable of effectively liaising with both internal and external contacts.

Experience working in the pharmaceutical industry, particularly with forecasting and invoice investigation, will be highly regarded.

Education:We value practical experience over theoretical knowledge. While a Bachelor's degree or higher can be a plus, we firmly believe that the right candidate with the necessary experience in forecasting and invoicing can succeed, regardless of their formal education level.Desirable Skills:

Ability to distill complex data and figures into clear, concise, and engaging PowerPoint presentations.
