Description Our client is seeking a Chargebacks / Rebates and Supply Chain Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in managing chargebacks, rebates, and supply chain operations to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with industry regulations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and drive strategic initiatives that enhance our competitive edge in the market. Responsibilities: Manage chargeback and rebate processes, including validation, reconciliation, and dispute resolution, to maximize revenue and minimize financial risk. Analyze customer contracts and agreements to ensure accurate calculation and processing of chargebacks and rebates in accordance with contractual terms and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Customer Service teams to address inquiries, resolve discrepancies, and optimize chargeback and rebate operations. Monitor market trends, industry regulations, and customer behaviors to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings. Develop and maintain performance metrics, reports, and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to stakeholders. Support supply chain operations by analyzing demand forecasts, inventory levels, and distribution channels to optimize inventory management and minimize stockouts and excess inventory. Coordinate with suppliers, distributors, and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of products and resolve supply chain issues as they arise. Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to streamline processes, enhance operational efficiency, and drive continuous improvement. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or related field. Advanced degree or detail oriented certification (e.g., CPIM, CSCP) is a plus. 3+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, with a focus on chargebacks, rebates, or supply chain management. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools. Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and rebate management software is preferred. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and formulate actionable recommendations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders. Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
