Description We are offering a contract opportunity for a Medical Front Desk Specialist in the healthcare, hospitals, and social assistance industry, located in Princeton, New Jersey. As a Medical Front Desk Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients and responsible for ensuring efficient administration of the healthcare facility. Responsibilities Utilize eClinicalWorks to keep track of patients' appointments and medical records. Ensure to check patients in and out of the facility promptly and professionally. Direct patients to appropriate departments or personnel within the healthcare facility. Maintain Electronic Medical Records (EMR) accurately and securely. Handle the day-to-day administrative operations while working in a fast-paced environment. Deliver compassionate and discrete service while interacting with patients. Utilize superb time management skills to efficiently multi-task and work under pressure. Uphold detail-oriented demeanor and strong interpersonal skills for effective communication.
