Apply today for this exciting opportunity!The Global Supply Network Planning Lead is subject matter expert on the processes supporting the global planning activities assigned Value Stream within Wound Closure Repair portfolio. The professional will lead Supply and Demand focused end-to-end Planning meetings for the global planning organization in preparation for correct handover of an unconstraint demand plan to Production and Sourcing Groups organizations. He will also be responsible for the inventory management and health for the value stream assigned.You will:

Responsible for Identify root-cause and work with Supply or Demand partners to resolve them. Communicate these supply issues/ plans through S&OP Processes as appropriate.

Responsible for analyzing demand and supply patterns and identify exceptions that require further review with the Commercial, Supply and Finance partners to develop a collaborative demand and supply plans for products in all phases of the product life cycle.

Responsible for integrating demand and supply scenario planning into the planning process.

Coordinates Global Allocations process according to direction from WW Marketing together with the Regional plant teams for execution.

Responsible for collecting, analyzing, consolidating, and reporting Supply Chain data, aiming to:

Improve Customer Service

Optimize Inventory Levels

Improve Accuracy of netted demand plan handover to plants

Responsible for identifying and driving improvements of the S&OP, demand, inventory and network planning processes, including planning and parameters, and understand impact of required changes. Continuous exploitation of existing systems and data to improve business processes.

Able to develop and project-manage local programs to deliver significant improvement in KPI’s.

Responsible for providing data to improve supply chain effectiveness and performance, primarily through focus on analysis and clear metrics reporting.

Provide coaching for other team members.

Ensure activities performed are compliant with the Ethicon Quality System.

Responsible for ensuring that subordinates follow all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmental practices and that all resources needed to do so are available and in good condition, if applicable.

Responsible for communicating business related issues or opportunities to next management level.

For those who supervise or manage a staff, responsible for ensuring that subordinates follow all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmental practices and that all resources needed to do so are available and in good condition, if applicable.

Responsible for ensuring personal and Company compliance with all Federal, State, local and Company regulations, policies, and procedures.

Performs other duties assigned as needed.

Qualifications

A Bachelor’s Degree is required.

Minimum of 6 years of related work experience is required.

APICS or Process Excellence (ex. Lean, Six Sigma) certification is highly preferred.

Supply Chain experience in medical device or pharmaceutical industry required.

Experience in a supply chain role involving supply or demand planning is required.

Understanding of end to end supply chain interactions and interdependencies is required.

Strong analytical and financial skills is required.

Proven ability to influence and collaborate at all levels in the organization is required.

Fluency in English is required.

Proven leadership or supervisory experience is preferred.

Sound Knowledge of ERP system, MRP, and DP, is preferred.

Proficient in MS office programs: Word, Excel, Power Point, Project Planning, E-mail, Flow Charts and management of database tools is required.

This position requires the availability to travel up 10% of the time.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $90,000 to $144,900.The compensation and benefits information set forth in this posting applies to candidates hired in the United States. Candidates hired outside the United States will be eligible for compensation and benefits in accordance with their local market.This job posting is anticipated to close on [01/29/2024]. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan.
