Apply now for this exciting opportunity!About the Department: MedTech Segment Global TradeOur Med Tech Trade Compliance program aims to reduce compliance risk by proactively and strategically identifying and remediating risk areas related to MedTech imports and exports.We are positioned within the MedTech segment to build global strategies and general trade consultation to the business units serviced by MedTech Supply Chain. We leverage our position to gain visibility into MedTech operations, processes, systems, and organizational structure, which provides us with the insights on how to best address compliance activities and tailor them to MedTech’s specific needs.We take pride in being an in-house resource for MedTech trade compliance, ready to pivot as needed- from supporting rapid launches of life-saving Medical Technology’s to our patients to agilely intervening to address potential supply chain disruptions. We also identify potential supply chain optimization opportunities and integrate trade compliance into supply chain processes for optimal operational efficiency and productivity expansion. But our work doesn’t stop there; we provide proactive trade compliance support on network optimization strategies, lead significant cost-savings opportunities, and socialize and train business functions on global trade compliance topics.The Senior Analyst Trade Compliance is responsible for facilitating data extraction, collection, cleansing and preparation to support the Segment’s trade compliance and operation’s needs. This position works closely with Trade Controls and Trade Operations to address data needs to enable maturity of the Segment Trade Compliance program, with an initial focus on export controls and trade sanctions.Key Responsibilities :

Collaborate with Regional Trade Operations, Global Trade Controls, Health Care & Compliance and Global Legal Organization on identification structured and unstructured trade data needs.

Serve as the segment data super user responsible for the collection and distribution of data to fulfill government filings, reporting, audits and 3rd party provider requests.

Support the Segment SAP GTS efforts, with initial focus to trade compliance master data needs to ensure effective alignment with the Global Trade enterprise technology strategy including data requirements.

Assist with the creation of Segment cross-border trade flow, data and system mapping to support critical initiatives.

Work in partnership with the Segment Customer Master and Product Master Governance teams to ensure ERP data completeness and accuracy to facilitate compliant exports and imports.

Support non-ERP systems and tools data activities to meet trade compliance data standards.

QualificationsQualificationsEducation:

A minimum of Bachelor’s Degree and/or University degree is required; focused degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or related field preferred

Experience and Skills:Required:

Minimum four (4) years of relevant professional work experience

Supply Chain Operations Analyst Experience such as Segment, Customer Supply Chain, Distribution Transportation Operations, Supply Chain, Make, or Planning.

Understanding of data standards, data architecture and related governance.

Demonstrated analytical experience

Proven attention to details.

Proficiency in English including verbal and written communication.

Preferred:

Trade compliance/operations experience.

J&J Deliver experience

Knowledge of SAP GTS, Trade Automation, Data Lakes, Alteryx, Tableau, Excel and /or Power BI.

Medical Devices industry knowledge and experience.

Process mapping experience

Other:

This role may require up to 10% of domestic and/or international travel.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $90,000 - $144,900/yr.

The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/ performance year.
