This role blends creative storytelling with strategic marketing to drive awareness, engagement, and traction for our brand and solutions. The ideal candidate will also take the lead in developing thought leadership content, optimizing distribution, and building impactful relationships with influencers and media partners.The Content Marketing Manager will focus on creation, optimization, and distribution of content for Caidentia (https://www.samsungsds.com/us/srm/caidentia.html) , our new eProcurement solution. This role demands expertise in writing technically accurate and engaging content tailored for enterprise technology professionals in procurement and supply chain domain.The ideal candidate will take full ownership of writing original, high-quality content, including blog posts, whitepapers, eBooks, use cases, case studies and solution-focused materials. Beyond writing, this role requires managing media syndication strategies and fostering collaborations with influencers to amplify content reach. Deep procurement and supply chain industry knowledge and experience in content marketing are essential.Content Strategy and Development

Create and execute a content strategy aligned with North America business goals.

Act as the primary writer for all technical and marketing content related to Caidentia, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, eBooks, website copy, and more.

Research and write compelling, technically accurate content that highlights Caidentia’s capabilities and addresses industry challenges.

Tailor content to procurement leaders, supply chain professionals, and enterprise executives, showcasing thought leadership and driving lead generation.

Research and write thought leadership pieces that position our brand as a direct procurement industry authority.

Collaborate with internal experts to publish insights on innovations, market developments, and customer pain points.

Partner with the marketing team for formatting and distribution, but retain complete ownership of the written copy.

Maintain a consistent brand voice across all content types.

Content Distribution and Promotion

Partner with digital marketing teams to optimize content distribution across channels, including social media, email campaigns, and SEO.

Build relationships with third-party publishers, influencers, and industry experts to amplify content reach.

Leverage analytics to track performance and continuously improve content effectiveness.

Influencer and Partner Engagement

Collaborate with influencers, bloggers, and content creators to co-develop authentic and impactful content.

Manage partnerships with third-party platforms and media outlets for guest contributions, co-branded materials, and sponsored content.

Engage with key voices in the industry to promote our brand and solutions.

Localization of Marketing Collateral

Adapt global marketing materials (e.g., brochures, presentations, product guides, and webpages) to meet the needs of the North America market.

Ensure localized messaging resonates with regional personas and business goals.

Partner with design teams to align visual elements with regional preferences.

SEO and Generative AI Optimization

Write SEO-driven content optimized for high search rankings and organic traffic growth.

Leverage generative AI tools and optimization strategies to ensure content is accessible, discoverable, and relevant for modern search and AI platforms.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with product marketing, sales, and pre-sales teams to support product launches and campaigns.

Partner with subject matter experts to develop technically accurate and customer-centric materials.

Performance Analysis and Continuous Improvement

Use tools like Google Analytics and Eloqua to monitor content and collateral performance.

Provide regular reports with actionable insights to optimize marketing strategies.

Stay updated on SRM trends, SEO changes, and content marketing innovations to keep Caidentia’s content competitive and effective.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.

5+ years of relevant professional experience as content developer, content writer, product marketing manager or similar role in SaaS company

3+ years of experience of content writing for a SaaS product

Domain knowledge of procurement and supply chain industries.

Proven expertise in creating high-quality content for various level from technical to C-level audiences.

Strong understanding of eProcurement solutions like supplier relationship management, source-to-pay, and procure-to-pay.

Understanding of procurement challenges and supply chain technologies.

Advanced SEO skills and familiarity with generative AI tools for content creation and optimization.

Excellent research, writing, and editing skills with attention to detail.

Experience in managing media syndication and collaborating with influencers.

Proficiency in content analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Eloqua, SEMrush) and marketing automation platforms.

Certifications in SEO and digital marketing tools are a plus.
