Position DescriptionAt a Glance Legrand has an exciting opportunity for aSales Enablement Specialistto join theData Center Power & Control Division.This is a remote position based in the United States andworking with Business Units across North America.The Sales Enablement Specialist will play a critical role in enhancing the productivity and effectiveness of our sales team. This position will work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to develop and implement training programs, create sales enablement materials, and analyze performance data. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with a passion for driving sales success. What Will You Do?

Create, update, and maintain a comprehensive library of sales enablement materials, including playbooks, training guides, product information sheets, and case studies.

Implement and manage sales enablement platforms and tools, ensuring sales teams are trained on their use and maximizing their effectiveness.

Manages online training program website (Legrand Online University) and creation of engaging online and in-person training content in both short and long forms.

Creates web-based training for product introductions and online promotion of webinars to internal audiences using specialized online course development software and tools.

Owns the creation of online training content in collaboration with the marketing, training, and product team to create and develop training courses/content to support product education and vertical market initiatives.

Regularly evaluates and improves the customer-facing presentation and searchability of online training courses on Legrand Online University to drive growth of online programs.

Manages the department training calendar, providing an “always accurate” view of training events to the sales organization.

Creates surveys and gathers trainee feedback; analyzes the results to help the department improve training programs.

Manages the department dashboard to report on department key performance indicators regularly, including training records; recommends improvements based on analysis of available data.

Responsible for scheduling in-person training events including registrations, locations, training invitations, training room setup, sample/literature ordering, display creation, and managing event logistics to ensure successful delivery of in-person training.

Identifies how to further market and promote training offerings to Legrand customers via online marketing strategies (email, cross-promotion, website etc) in collaboration with the marketing team.

Captures “case study” and “selling tips” content in video form to be used during trainings.

Up to 20% travel required to customer events, sales trainings, or industry events (mostly within the US)

Work with teams across North and Central America

QualificationsRequired Skills Education:

Bachelors degree in Instructional Design and or Business/Marketing, preferred.

1-3 Years of relatable experience

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities:

Ability to travel up to 20% and have access to a major airport

Willing to time shift your day as needed to work with business units across North and Central America

Background/education in instructional design, digital content creation, or marketing.

Familiarity with sales enablement platforms and CRM systems required, Salesforce preferred.

Experience with publishing software/learning systems such as Articulate 360, StoryLine, Rise, Camtasia, BlueVolt is a plus. Video editing experience is a plus.

Technical ability to develop an understanding of Legrand products.

Requires strong organizational and time management skills, close attention to detail and be able to effectively handle multiple priorities.

Strong computer skills, proficient with word processing, spreadsheet and presentation software, e-mail, and meeting management software. Ability to use internet and web-based resources efficiently and effectively.

Must be highly collaborative and able to work in a team-based environment.

Salary: $60,000-$70,000 a year
