Seeking Experienced General Handyman/Contractor:
Seeking qualified handyman/contractor(s) with experience and crews to handle apartment renovations and other similar work in a apartment community setting.
Work includes but is not limited to:
Demo, Framing, Insulation, Drywall, Plaster, Paint, Tile, Kitchen, LVT, Carpentry/Doors/Trim, Basic Plumbing and Electric
All work must be done to proper code and high quality to finish.
Must be clean, neat, and professional. Material can be provided for.
This is an opportunity for volume and ongoing work. We are seeking to partner with a contractor(s) who have experience and appreciates the value component of that. Pricing is based off job but is NOT retail. We are efficient operators who must keep costs low.
