A small Certified Public Accounting office located in South Jersey is looking for full time staff Accountant/administrative assistant to join its growing workforce.
Job Description:
· Reception duties - Answer and transfer calls and attend to visitors.
· Clerical – Administrative and spreadsheet data entry
· Bookkeeping (Training will be provided)
· Payroll Processing (Training will be provided)
· Income Tax Preparation(Training will be provided)
· Special Projects
Requirements:
· At least, High school diploma or equivalent.
· Associate Accounting Degree or equivalent or relevant working experience
. Office experience Administrative
· Computer skills - excellent typing, Microsoft office - excel, word, etc.
· Excellent communication skills, human relations, customer service and organizational skills
· Ability to take initiative to solve problems
· Bilingual Spanish is a plus but not required
