Looking for a professional and organized Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is temporary but may lead to a more permanent position.

Duties
Manage multi-line phone systems, screen calls, and direct inquiries appropriately
Handle data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and organization
Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks and perform basic office management functions
Support customer service efforts by responding to inquiries via phone, email, or in person
Perform clerical tasks such as copying, scanning, and managing correspondence
Provide personal assistant support including calendar management and task prioritization
Skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
Strong computer literacy with experience in data entry, filing, and proofreading
Familiarity with QuickBooks for bookkeeping purposes
Excellent phone etiquette with experience managing multi-line phone systems
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently
Strong typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry
Experience in office management or administrative support roles
Customer service-oriented mindset with excellent interpersonal skills
