Description We are offering a contract for a permanent position as a Payroll Specialist in ALBUQUERQUE, New Mexico. Our workplace operates within the financial services industry and the selected candidate will be responsible for both AR staffing and certified payroll tasks. Responsibilities: Ensure accurate processing and recording of the company’s payroll Provide timely and accurate financial information Execute tasks related to accounts receivable and monitor payments due from clients Handle certified payroll reports for contractors working on public construction projects Maintain compliance with current regulations concerning wages, benefits, and work hours Utilize accounting software systems effectively for all financial tasks Operate ADP - Financial Services, ADP Workforce Now, Ceridian, and Dayforce for various accounting functions Manage 401k - RRSP Administration and About Time software for benefit functions Conduct regular audits to ensure financial accuracy Resolve any issues or inquiries related to payroll and accounts receivable.
