Expected Responsibilities:

Manage incoming calls and messages.

Provide administrative support to our Office Manager, Owner and Sales Reps, including but not limited to, invoicing, mailings, estimates, and job costing.

Assist with managing social media accounts

Put together and organize the customer files and assist in seeing that the office runs efficiently by taking ownership, responsibility, and attention to detail.

Take out, collect and open mail; distribute accordingly.

Required Skill set:

Experience using Xactimate a plus.

Clerical experience, 2 years experience preferred.

Excellent computer skills: Excel, Word, email programs

Efficient time management and organizational skills.

Must be detailed oriented, be able to multi task, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Must have initiative to learn, quick adaptation skills, and flexibility.

Must be able to type 45-65 wpm

Schedule is Mon-Fri 8:30am-4:30pm
