We are looking for an experienced office assistant to help manage our front of house operations.
We will train the right candidate.
Your Primary Duties:
Bookkeeping
Taking incoming calls
Customer Service
Record-keeping, file management
Scheduling
Project supervision
Overseeing crews, vendors
Supporting clients, vendors
Basic Skills Required:
Communications skills, including exceptional customer service and excellent phone etiquette
Organizational skills, including time management, file maintenance, ability to multi-task
Proficiency with MS Office, Outlook, Excel, Word
Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus!
Please highlight experience in business administration, accounting, or within the disaster restoration, cleaning and construction industries.
