We are the finance office for a fast food franchise. Our office is small and the duties included in the position range from document management to daily communications. We are looking for a multi-tasker with excellent communication skills. Candidates should be able to assist management and all visitors providing polite and professional assistance including phone and email. Hours are 7:45am - 5:00pm.
Needs: 1. Basic mathmatics 2. 10-key by touch 3. Computer/Typing skills 4. Office procedures and business etiquette 5. Confidentiality 6. Ability to lift 50 lbs
Computer knowledge is a must, specifically Microsoft Excel. Each morning you will gather financial information generated from the previous day. It will be documented on a spreadsheet.
There will be various other duties as this is a small office.
As a pre-requisite to an interview we ask that you are willing to take a skills assessment demonstrating 10-key typing skills and the ability to format a general business letter.
Pay up to $13.50 per hour depending on experience
