Front Desk and Bookkeeper

Primary duties are those of an internal full charge bookkeeper; preparing payroll, accounts payable; preparing and posting invoices; reconciling banks and credit cards through QuickBooks. In addition some general office duties are assigned to include reception, scanning, general office duties, mail, and others. Good computer skills are required including QB; Word; Excel; Outlook and the ability to learn other computer processes. Personality and skill are both important. This is a full time position. References and background check are required.
