Immediate full time Office manager/ Bookkeeper
We are a local company looking for an energetic, reliable, responsible candidate, knowledgeable in job listed.
Requirements:
- Successful candidate will have excellent computer skills, i.e. Outlook, Excel, Word and must be proficient in all aspects of QuickBooks, Job Costing and Payroll.
- Must be self-motivated and organized individual to take over General Ledger Accounting
- Experience with New Mexico 941 and CRS filing a plus.
-Provide general administrative/office support.
8-5 M-Friday
Eligible for full company benefits.
