Retreat Healthcare is looking for a dynamic, upbeat and professional Hiring Assistant/HR
Support position. Someone that has experience in the Assisted Living/ Health care setting and understands what is needed in a CNA or Nursing Assistant. We are a unique, locally owned and operated dementia specific facility. Recently Nationally Accredited with Joint Commission.
This is a Part Time position potentially leading to full time.
You will be responsible for:
- Conducting interviews for our facility
- Carry out scheduling of interviews
- Follow up on interviews and do background checks
- Direct Communication with HR Director
- Computer work
- Must be proficient with emails
- Must be compassionate and kind with the Dementia population
