Full time Office & Inventory Assistant position available in Cedar Crest NM. This assistant’s role processes inventory for retail sale (40-50% of time), does business related computer work (20-25% of time) and prepares, loads and deletes website product postings (20% of time) along with an assortment of individually small tasks that arise within our small business office.
The primary software apps used by the assistant include Shopify Point of Sales, Android phone camera usage and Photoshop photo editing. Experience with these software technologies is desirable, but not required. The candidate must be computer savvy and demonstrate abilities to self-teach technology solutions. The most important attributes a candidate brings to our position is a ‘can do attitude’, a nimble mind and positive work ethic.
The position requires your physical presence in our Cedar Crest office. Work hours are 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Monday through Friday. This is an hourly position, and starting pay is expected to be $17-18 per hour entirely based on the owners’ judgement of day one fit to the job.
