We are looking for a full-time Reliable Customer service Rep to answer multi line phones, answer customer inquiries and take in job lead. We are located in the uptown area.

Your skill set must include strong computer skills, above average organization skills, outstanding phone skills,and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Major responsibilities include:

-Phone communication

-Field crew support,coordination,scheduling,dispatching

-Track/update and maintain status of jobs

-Maintain detailed job file documentation, audit documentation and ensure completeness and accuracy

-Maintain electronic documentation for all jobs

- Provide updates and briefings to customers

-Coordinate with crews,customers and owners to ensure smooth completion of jobs.

You must be reliable, punctual and be able to work from 7:30 to 4:30 Monday to Friday. We have a small office , other employees consist of 2 part timers, therefore, you must enjoy being in a quiet environment where sometimes you are the only person in the office.

You also must be open to learning our special processes and industry requirements.

Being customer focused is key to our success, so you must have a strong record of providing superior customer service.

We do not provide health insurance. Vacation benefits start after 3 months.
