Looking for an independent individual to help manage a compound of six residential units.
Work can include landscaping, tree trimming, drip systems (six zones), plumbing, painting, pool maintenance. Handyman/carpenter skills a plus.
Not a full-time position, but more hours in spring, summer, and fall than in winter. Likely 3 days a week in busy seasons. $18 per hour to start.
Experience is less important than a willingness to adapt to new situations.
Possible studio rental on site.
