Looking for help maintaining a compound of six residential units on over two acres, with an intensely planted center area.
Work includes landscaping, transplanting, tree and plant trimming, drip systems (six zones), plumbing, painting, pool maintenance. General gardening experience in Santa Fe a big plus. Handyman/carpenter skills also a plus.
Not a full-time position, with more hours in spring, summer, and fall than in winter. $18 per hour to start.
Adapting to new situations, being flexible, learning the quirks of old houses and an old water system are all part of the job.
Possible studio rental on site.
