Santa Fe Tax Preparation and Accounting firm has an open position for a permanent part-time administrative person.
Monday through Friday mornings, 20 hours a week minimum. Possibly more hours during tax season.
Must have excellent phone, reception and client service skills. The right candidate will have a natural ability to organize and follow through with assignments.
Competent computer skills required: Microsoft Word & Excel, website navigation, online calendar maintenance, handling digital files.
Duties to include: Welcoming clients and ascertaining their needs. Answer phones and take clear messages. Calendar client appointments correctly. Create and store digital files.
